How does it work?

Our debt collecting service is designed to recover your money promptly and efficiently.

We will;

1. Provide you with a free solicitor’s 7 day letter. (The vast proportion of debtors pay at this stage.)
2. If the debtor has not paid within the seven days we will take your instructions and commence legal proceedings to recover your money.
3. At this point there are two outcomes:
   1. If the claim remains undisputed, we will obtain Judgment and take the necessary steps to enforce it.
   2. If the claim becomes disputed, we will advise you on the merits of the case.
4. At all times we will keep you informed of the steps we have taken and the costs.
